Logistics partner
The ordered goods will be sent directly to the given address by UPS or Bartolini.
You will receive the tracking link to monitor the shipment.
Shipping address
We deliver our goods to the whole Italian territory.
Attention: We do not deliver to free zones like San Marino, Livigno etc.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically.
The shipping costs are a flat rate of 9,50 Euro for Italy and Ital. Italian islands.
From 69 Euro order value no shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery times
The delivery times for delivery by express courier are based on the moment the courier takes over the consignment (collection of the consignment from the courier in our logistics centre).
Delivery times for Italy: 3-7 working days
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
In case of late delivery or non-delivery, you will be contacted immediately.
If the purchased goods are not available, we are not obliged to deliver the goods. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
In the case of special offers, the offer is only valid while stocks last. We also carry out partial deliveries.
Incomplete / faulty delivery
When the goods are delivered by the courier, the customer must check the following:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the information on the invoice;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;
Any external damage or discrepancy in the number of parcels or details must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery, with the wording of the cancellation indicated on the relevant transport document. In the specific case of a damaged parcel, write "withdrawal with reservation because the parcel is damaged". After signing the courier document, the customer cannot object to the external characteristics of the delivery item.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within eight days of receipt. Hidden damage or irregularities must be reported in writing by e-mail. Reports exceeding the aforementioned conditions will not be considered.
Packaging costs
Packaging costs are already included in the shipping costs and will not be charged separately.
For products that require special packaging, the costs will be added automatically when the order is placed.
Depending on the weight / volume ratio of the products purchased, you can calculate the costs directly by adding the products you wish to purchase to the shopping basket without being obliged to purchase them.
